Spray booth installation

Spraybake are proud to have a large number of very loyal clients. One of these is Fraser Accident Repairs in Hull. A family owned business, Fraser have recently expanded their number of Spraybake facilities to three. The two older and well used facilities have served Fraser well and when they wanted a modern state of the art booth, with up to date energy saving features, Fraser contacted Spraybake. A number of visits took place and Spraybake were able to work with the management to fit a bespoke facility into a very tight space. Spraybake and Fraser have an excellent relationship and we are humbled that Fraser did not look anywhere else when considering their investment.

Following a detailed examination of the paint spraying facility at RAF Waddington, Spraybake identified some wear and tear, age related, issues with the paint booths.

Following consultation with the client, repairs were undertaken, breathing new life into the facility. Work undertaken involved replacing worn heat exchangers, air handling units, inlet and extract fan motors, corroded flues and supporting guide wires, gas burner remedial work and other associated repairs to the facility.

The facility has been in operation since 1995 and is now operational again, with many years of life ahead of it.

This job demonstrates Spraybake’s capability to undertake extensive project work on large facilities.
